Barrister Christopher A. Okonkwor is the Human Resources Manager responsible for recruitment through disengagement processes, industrial relations, corporate administration and legal services. Barrister Okonkwor, a lawyer, management and public communications expert, studied at the University of Lagos, the Nigerian Law School, The Coca-Cola System (HR/Administration Modules), the Business Education Examinations Council (BEEC/NIPR), The Auchi Polytechnic, etc.

He joined ELPER in 2007 with over 20 years experience in human resources/administration, corporate and legal practice, acquired in large scale multi-national companies, including the Nigerian Bottling Company PLC.
